A Mother’s Day Offering: Yoga and Tea and Sound at Oxbow

Update: Event is still taking place outdoors at the farm! Dress for the temperature, and see you there. Extra yoga blankets available. Bring someone who has nurtured you, someone you have nurtured or simply nourish yourself with a gentle and restorative movement practice with soothing sounds amid the beautiful landscape of Oxbow Orchard. Facilitated by Jennifer Adjua, mother, poet and folk herbalist. 

This is an invitation to pause, breathe, soften, and reconnect. Tea and light snacks provided. 

Feel free to bring a yoga mat, a pillow or anything to help you feel cozy, a journal or anything to add to a communal altar– we will have blankets for you to set up on. Practice will take place outdoors.
