About the event
Final Fridays at Oxbow with live music, farm tours, shop hours, and food truck (Lionforce BBQ). Cuyahoga Current is a progressive acoustic group made up of Tyler Bohinc on guitar, Forrest Britt on mandolin, and Parry Lopez on double bass.
Forrest’s playing is fiery and emotional, exciting and dynamic with a chop that can cut steel. Vocals are fun and sweet. Parry’s playing is driving and rooted in the groove. His sound is even bigger than his bass. Tyler’s guitar playing is unique and colorful, pursuing something new every time he plays. His vocals are soft and true, captivating listeners.
Together, the members of Cuyahoga Current weave a sense of exploration, respect, and joy through an array of traditional bluegrass, swing, jazz, and progressive acoustic music. $10-20 suggested donation to pay local musicians.
