Herbalism for the Digestive System

Join herbalists Leah Markowitz and Hannah Pugely for an informative and hands-on workshop tackling overwhelmed, disrupted, or inflamed digestive tracts using herbal remedies. Workshop will merge principles of modern science and functional medicine with folk remedies to explore how we can use plants (including common culinary herbs) to combat symptoms of leaky gut and poor digestion. Workshop will also include hands-on opportunities harvesting and processing herbs into food and medicine (think: teas, tinctures, vinegars). Come prepared with questions and to taste and sample various forms of herbal preparations.
