Pottery Carving (Sgraffito)

Customize your pottery with Oxbow's potter Kyla Werlin. Using undergalzes and carving tools participants will learn the technique "sgraffito" by decorating 2 pre-made stoneware pieces: choose from a selection of mugs and bowls . The result will be a decorative carving on each piece. Pieces will be ready for pick up 2 weeks after the workshop. Extra pieces will be available for an additional cost. Anyone under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. All tools and materials provided. 

Important site details: Livestock and guardian dog always on site. Please leave your dogs at home.

Please park carefully in our gravel parking lot around Oxbow Market. Overflow parking along our fence line in the grass. Picnic area open for picnicking and relaxing. Sturdy walking shoes and dressing for weather highly recommended. Portable toilet facility on site. Please respect our farm facilities that we care for and share with the public.
