Give yourself a moment of peace and restoration nurtured by gentle movement, breathwork, and deep rest as you settle into a soundscape of singing bowls, light percussives and the soothing sounds of the natural environment.

Second Sundays (June–August) 6–8 PM$30

Blankets and mats available as well as tea and light snacks. 

Feel free to bring your favorite water bottle, mat, blanket or anything to help you feel cozy. Reserve your spot today. Limited space. Venue details: Parking in gravel lot next to our outdoor picnic area. Portable toilet facilities on site. Oxbow Market open for snacks and drinks until 7pm.
