Willow Dome Soundbath Second Sundays

Blending the tones of crystal singing bowls with the natural soundscape of Oxbow Creek beside the living willow dome, this is an opportunity to s-l-o-w d-o-w-n and reconnect with your inner nature. Arrive at 6:30pm to enjoy some tea and snacks then get settled for some gentle stretching, a brief guided meditation and then ease into a sound practice that allows you to just let go and be. This experience is designed to guide you into a deep meditative state, where the mind naturally shifts into theta brainwaves, a state linked to deep relaxation, enhanced creativity, and inner healing.

Feel free to bring a mat, pillow, anything that will make the ground feel inviting to sit or lie on. Some folks like to bring a journal or book, whatever suits your needs to relax and unload for the evening.
